It has never been installed, so it is in good condition. (Only minor scrapes from rubbing against a neighbor in the bin.) It includes a 90 day warranty for manufacturing defects. But using it in place of a different engineering number and finding you have differences and/or difficulties is not a defect…The Ford engineering number is ML3T-14G670-BF_ (BFA through BFZ interchange). Match your number to ensure compatibility. We are selling it for exact replacement only. Not upgrades. You would use it if you have the same number but shorted yours, for instance. It only works well in the 2021 F150 and only for 2021 firmware. You may experience difficulties if you use it in newer models or with newer firmware. That’s just the way it is. Please don’t try to say we didn’t warn you…Programming will be required by a Ford dealer or someone with the Ford tools and software.
