Quick vulcanizing of the bonding layer via heat generated by the tire during driving helps this innovative tire repair unit far exceed the performance of standard tire repair kits for added safety. Simply clean the injury channel with a hand rasp or carbide cutter. Coat the injury channel with Special Blue Cement using the rasp, awl, or the insertion tool. Insert the REMA SEAL repair unit into the eye of the insertion tool. Apply a coat of Special Blue Cement to the REMA SEAL repair unit. Without turning the tool, insert the REMA SEAL repair unit into the injury, up to the base of the insertion tool. Pull the insertion tool straight out, leaving the repair unit in the tire.
