The original YAMAHA part number is 33M2450000 but there were others too NOTE AND READ CAREFULLY… Check the routing of your fuel pipe and vacuum pipe and compare it to our pictures before purchase please. THIS DOES NOT FIT ALL XJ600 MODELS. As some have LEFT hand side fuel outlet and vacuum fitting as well as having a much deeper tap with a long plastic lever. We do sell very good quality green tinted E5 and E10 resistant heavy wall thickness petrol pipe to suit both the new tap and your fitting. The casting of our taps is superb as can be seen in the actual photographs of our stock Don’t mess about trying to clean, scrub or pay a fortune to ultrasonically clean and reseal your old original fuel tap. We’ve tried all that and it just doesn’t last. They generally leak through the front and are corroded inside anyway or they flow fuel continuously. Old petrol tends to crystallise inside fuel taps and carburettors. Also the petrol fuel seal kits are expensive too. Our taps are as good as you are going to buy anywhere, we’ve searched high and low for a long time for really good quality CHEAP taps for these bikes that are just right and these are the best! We check each tap before dispatch for any casting errors and tightness of the tap. To date, we have had no returns or issues with my supplier and manufacturer. Nobody who has bought these from us has had a problem with fuel flow or quality. Fitting this will eradicate all the usual problems of the vacuum not working and fuel not flowing or leaking taps which flow continuously and can fill your crankcase up with fuel if left unchecked. Technical specifications: These taps are very well made with very good casting material and tolerances, they are not made from ‘monkey metal’ like lots of other cheap taps are. I’ve bought them! We check every tap before dispatch for operation * Mounting Hole spacing is 34mm * Hole diameter is 6.5mm for your 6mm bolts * Connection to fuel line: 8mm internal diameter pipe.(Check yours as it may be larger and need replacing) * Vacuum connection: 6mm internal diameter pipe.
